Paper feed

Press and hold the [Paper Feed] button for 3 seconds to feed a full sheet of paper, simultaneously moving it to the gap.

Automatic sleep

When the printer is powered on, if there is no button operation or data transfer within 10 seconds, the printer will automatically enter sleep mode.

Automatic shutdown

If the printer is powered on and there is no button press or data transfer within 2 hours, the printer will automatically shut down.

When the printer is in sleep mode, you can wake it up by pressing the [Power] button, [Settings] button, [Paper Feed] button, or by the printer receiving data.

Factory reset

Briefly press the [Power] button to wake the printer → Press and hold the [Setup] button for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface. → Briefly press the [Settings] button to select → Locate the "Restore Factory Settings" option → Briefly press the [Paper Feed] button to confirm → A beep will sound to complete the setting.

Short press the [Power] button to wake up the printer → Long press the [Setup] button for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface → Short press the [Setup] button to make a selection → Switch to the corresponding menu interface, and use the [Power] button and [Paper Feed] button to switch and confirm;

1.4 Printer paper roll installation

Remove the seal from the printer paper roll;

PressLid Opening ButtonOpen the paper tray, move the baffle lever to unlock it, and initially adjust the paper width baffle to the desired paper width.

Place the paper roll into the paper tray, fine-tune the paper width baffle to the paper roll, and then use the paper width baffle lever to fix it;

Pull the paper out a section along the paper outlet and close the paper tray cover.

2. Instructions for daily use:

2.1 PrintingSelf-test page

Press and hold the [Settings] button to switch to the "Print Self-Test Page" interface, then press the [Paper Feed] button briefly to print the self-test page;

Check the printer firmware version, printing mileage (meters), Bluetooth connection barcode, and Bluetooth MAC address information on the self-test page.

2.2 Tag Learning Calibration

Operating instructions:

a. Short pressPower buttonWake up the printer;

b. Long pressSet key3S enters the settings interface;

c. Short pressSet keyMake a selectionSwitch to"Tag learning"interface;

d. Short pressPaper feed keyThe system will automatically learn tags, and a "Learning successful" message will appear on the screen.;

2.3 Setting Print Density

Button setup method:

2.4 Connect via Bluetooth

Customers can choose the appropriate Bluetooth connection method for printing based on their actual device usage scenario. Common Bluetooth pairing scenarioses are as follows:

① Handheld terminals available:

Scan the barcode on the paper tray cover or the one-dimensional barcode on the self-test page;

Notice:androids phoness scan the first QR code to connect; Apple phoness scan the second QR code to connect.

②mobiles users can choose:

In the app or mini-program, select "Add Bluetooth Printer," search for and connect to the device that has the same Bluetooth MAC address as the printer's self-test page.

③ RPP322N APP compatibility scenarioses:

a. The tag version is for transit points, service points, and delivery personnel only:Shunzhuan, warehouse manager, deliveryman, mini-program, Fengyun App (androids)
b. The invoice version is for SF Pharmacy and SF Airlines only:Shunhang GHS, Fengyun ioses (Apple)

2.5 Printer Firmware OTA Upgrade (androids/ioses)

①APP download tool:

Open your browser and scan the QR code below to download or access:

Printer firmware upgrade procedure:

a. Click 【Manual Connection】to select the printer's Bluetooth name and connect; or click 【Scan to Connect】to scan the barcode on the printer to connect.

b.Click "Check for Latest Firmware Version" to check for the latest firmware.;

c.Click "Update" to upgrade the printer firmware.;

d.Wait for the printer to upgrade, which takes about 20 seconds. The printer will beep when the upgrade is complete.;

Upgrade complete, printer is now usable.;

2.6 Printer Bluetooth Firmware OTA Upgrade

① Download the APP tool (including Bluetooth firmware):

② BluetoothFirmware upgrade operation steps:

a. OpenBluetoothOTA software upgradeClickSCANSearch for the printer's Bluetooth name, and then click on the corresponding Bluetooth name to connect;

b. Save the Bluetooth firmware to your phones, thenClickSelect OTA fileSelect Bluetooth firmware, then clickStart OTA upgrade

c. Wait for the OTA upgrade notification to appear.at lastRestore the printer to factory settings.The printer works normally.(Refer to System Operation Instructions 1.2)

3. Common problems and their solutions

3.1. Printed frames are broken/poor print quality

Abnormal phenomenon:

① Vertical blank stripes appear during printing, indicating missing information.

② The printed colors are very faint and the print quality is blurry.

Solution:

Clean the print head

a. Turn off the printer first, then open the top cover.;

b. Wipe the print head with a cotton cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol.;

c. Wait until the alcohol has completely evaporated before closing the top cover and printing the test.

3.2. Sensor error/inaccurate positioning/blank printout

Abnormal phenomenon:

① Sensor medium detection error, alarm error, etc.

② Unable to stop at the gap

③ Continuously print blank paper or print one sheet and print one blank sheet.

Solution:

Re-implement "tag learning"

3.3 Bluetooth malfunction

Abnormal phenomenon:

Frequent Bluetooth disconnectionsBluetooth connection is not smooth within 10 meters.

Solution:

Perform an OTA update for the printer's Bluetooth firmware. (Refer to step 2.5)

3.The computer won't turn on.

Abnormal phenomenon:

Power-on failure, power is on but cannot be turned on.

Solution:
① Check that the battery power is too low. You can replace the battery or charge it by connecting a power cord.

② Scratch the metal pins of the battery with your fingernail, then put the battery back in and test the device.

3.5 Print content compression/missing print content

Abnormal phenomenon:

The printed shipping label is missing a section of numbers or text, and the area code is not displayed.

Solution:

① Reduce the print density appropriately and then conduct a print test;

②Due to differences in paper quality, if lowering the print density is ineffective, try replacing the paper roll for testing.

③ If the above two methods fail to resolve the issue, please contact Rongda after-sales technical support;

3.6 Do not print

Abnormal phenomenon:

Clicking "print" on the app won't produce a receipt.

Solution:
①If the self-test page prints normally, you need to check if the printing software settings are correct.

② If the self-test page cannot be printed, you need to check if the battery power is normal;

③ For examplePlease contact us if your printer is damaged.Rongda after-sales technical support;

3.7 Printer malfunction alarms and operating procedures

Solution:

① Label not detected: a. Install label paper or express waybill; b. Relearn the label;
② Low battery, please charge: a. Please check the battery level; b. Check if the battery is malfunctioning;
③ Printer overheating: Turn off the printer and let it sit for a while before using it again.;

④ Please close the paper tray: Close the top cover tightly;

3.8 Charging failure

Abnormal phenomenon:

Cannot charge/Full charge/Slow charging and fast power consumption

Solution:
① Check the battery contacts for dirt or grime;
② If any of the following components—battery, USB cable, charger, or printer—is damaged, check and test them one by one.

3.9 Button malfunction

Abnormal phenomenon:

The printer cannot be woken up by pressing any key after it has gone into sleep mode / Pressing the paper feed button has no effect.

Solution:
① If one of the buttons is unresponsive, the button panel may be damaged. Please contact after-sales service to repair the printer.
② If all buttons are unresponsive, the printer program may be stuck. You can try restoring it to factory settings.likePlease contact us if your printer is damaged.Rongda after-sales technical support;
