Human Resources
        •        Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview arrangement.
Responsible for the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
        •        Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, probation evalsuation forms.
Prepare the employment contract, letter of confirmation of employment, and probationary period evalsuation documents.
        •        Maintain employee records and ensure document compliance.

        •        Assist in monthly payroll preparation & attendance checking.
Assist with payroll calculation and attendance verification.
        •        Coordinate onboarding & offboarding processes.
Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
        •        Support training arrangement & HRDC administrative matters.

        •        Handle employee relations and provide HR support to departments.
Manage employee relations and provide HR support.

Administration
        •        Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination.
Responsible for office supplies, asset management, and supplier liaison.
        •        Oversee office & factory administrative operations, including cleanliness and facilities.
Oversee the administrative operations of the office and factory (environment, facility maintenance).
        •        Prepare letters, memos, reports, and internal announcements.
Drafting notices, announcements, and administrative reports.
        •        Support foreign staff administration (visa, permit, accommodation when needed).
Assist foreign employees with administrative matters (visas, work permits, accommodation, etc.).
        •        Assist management in implementing company policies & procedures.
Assist management in promoting the implementation of company policies and systems.
