Job Responsibilities:
1. Printer-related 400 telephones service (telephones service, remote assistance, problem tracking records, etc.)
2. Maintain customer groups on WeChat, QQ, and Enterprise WeChat, and coordinate with internal technical departments to assist in resolving customer issues;
3. Lead the handling and tracking of external customer complaints, and output 8D customer complaint reports.
4. Collect market feedback on the products under your responsibility, and regularly provide suggestions for product improvement or propose product improvement initiatives;
5. Arrange short-term domestic business trips to resolve client issues based on actual circumstances (infrequent).
Require:
1. At least 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in electronic product technical support or quality management;
2. Able to accept short-term domestic business trips;
3. Possesses a strong service-oriented mindset and is able to patiently resolve customer issues;
4. Bachelor's degree, majoring in electronic information or computer-related fields.
