Production Reserve Cadres

Job Responsibilities:
1. After joining the company, you will be trained as a reserve management talent for the workshop, and will undergo rotational training in various positions to fully master the production process, as well as the knowledge of various processes, operating procedures and management methods.
2. Assist the workshop manager in completing specific production management tasks, ensuring normal production operation, and handling any abnormalities in the production process.
3. The training direction is not limited to production team leader, production specialist, etc.;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, with internship or work experience in the manufacturing industry, and willing to continue working in production management;
2. Possesses a strong sense of ambition and responsibility, and demonstrates initiative in work;
3. Able to endure hardship and have strong stress resistance.
