Ocean Logistics Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Channel Coordination: Responsible for booking ocean freight to the US, Europe, and the UK, comparing freight forwarder quotes and delivery times, and optimizing the logistics cost structure.
Inventory allocations: Arrange Amazon FBA replenishment, overseas warehouse stocking, and Temu semi-managed delivery schedules according to the sales plan.
Documentation Compliance: Prepare and review customs declaration and clearance documents to ensure that the goods meet the compliance requirements of the destination country (such as FDA/CPSC).
Anomaly Handling: Resolve sudden logistics anomalies such as port inspections, shipping delays, and slow overseas warehouse shelving.

Job requirements:
More than 2 years of experience in cross-border logistics, familiar with FBA and overseas warehouse operation procedures.
Proficient in Excel, data-sensitive, and possesses clear logic.
Familiar with maritime terminology and international trade terms (Incoterms).
