Escape drills help you stay calm in emergencies.

To strengthen and standardize fire safety management at Rongda Marketing Division, enhance employees' fire safety awareness, and ensure they understand and learn basic high-rise fire escape procedures and the correct use of fire-fighting equipment, Rongda Marketing Division conducted a company-wide fire safety training and evacuation drill on October 26, 2018.

This fire drill was jointly organized by the Human Resources Department and Wanda Property Management, and Lin Mishan, the fire captain of Huli District, was invited to conduct fire safety knowledge promotion and fire drill guidance. The training mainly focused on two aspects: fire safety knowledge dissemination and escape and self-rescue techniques. Before the drill began, Captain Lin gave a lecture on fire safety knowledge, popularizing basic fire safety common sense and the application of common fire-fighting equipment.

After the theoretical training, the trainees returned to their respective work positions in an orderly manner. A high-rise simulated evacuation drill was then prepared. The drill was initiated by a whistle; upon hearing the whistle, over 100 employees from the Marketing Department, guided by the evacuation team, quickly and orderly evacuated from the safety exits on the 15th and 18th floors to assemble in an open, safe area on the first floor.

In the safe zone, firefighters explained and demonstrated the uses, performance, principles, and operating methods of fire extinguishers. The employees listened attentively and practiced using the fire extinguishers, learning and practicing simultaneously to ensure they correctly mastered their operation.

After the drill concluded, Captain Lin summarized the shortcomings of the evacuation exercise and pointed out the precautions for daily fire safety. He urged everyone to pay attention to safety simulation drills, keep safety hazard knowledge in mind, and apply the safety knowledge learned in this exercise to their future life and work, so that they can remain calm in the face of danger!

Mr. Zhang, General Manager of the Domestic Marketing Center, and Mr. Ye, General Manager of Aimaxun, also summarized the fire safety training and drill on behalf of the company's senior management, reiterating the importance of fire safety awareness. They emphasized that safety is paramount and that safety work is the top priority in all work. They hoped that all employees would cultivate fire safety awareness, remain vigilant, and take preventative measures.
