Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for engineer task allocations and personnel management;

2. Departmental operating procedures, design specifications development, task allocations, competitor analysis, and task assignments from superiors, etc.

3. Hardware design scheme for new product development, cycle assessment, task allocations, and process control;

4. Responsible for mass production product maintenance and cost reduction;

5. Responsible for resolving product EMC issues;

6. Responsible for departmental technical reviews, such as: evalsuation, review, and leadership of schematic design and PCB design schemes;

7. Departmental operating procedures, design specifications development, task allocations, competitor analysis, and tasks assigned by superiors, etc.

8. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and introduce new materials and technological solutions.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, circuit design, with more than 8 years of relevant work experience in hardware development (including 3 years of hardware department management experience).

2. Major in electronics-related fields, with solid basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics and microcontrollers;

3. Familiar with circuit schematic design software;

4. Experience in electronic product hardware development is preferred, especially in printer-like products;
